Steven and I are warming up for a race on Irondequoit Bay

This is the start of the race, May 30, 2004.
We race most weeks at our club, the Rochester Canoe Club

Here's Steven at the Sunfish North Americans on July 17, 2004 at the Canandaigua Yacht Club, Canandaigua, NY.
The wind died, and the races were cancelled for the day.
Steven took top midget (under 14).
Per tradition, they threw the winner in the lake.

When wind wasn't cooperating, there were other things to do, like swimming with the boats...

...or sliding down the huge, soapy hill.

We also crew on Eric Mattison's 36 foot, McGregor, catameran, Dulcinea out of the Pultneyville Yatch Club.
